Had to wait over 20 minutes to check in because staff didn’t know how to take cash for a room , toilet didn’t flush good and we had to take care of it ourselves they gave us a plunger because they had no one there to take care of it.

The smell Walking into the hotel smells Strong and like an old woman The rooms are dated and just not appealing. It smelled like an old mildewed towel and one of the beds had a large (what looked to be like urine on the top)

Room was horribly dirty! Pool was not working! Washer and dryer had issues! Breakfast nothing to mention! Wouldn't even use pull out couch as we were so concerned of filth and used sheets left on it! Floors were disgusting (see photos, I used towels to "wipe" up floor!) I felt itchy entire night!

It was okay. The dressers in the room were broke and the shower handle as well. Maintenence fixed it but i didnt love that it came off. The pool was also down and it was the entire reason we chose this hotel.

The property was clean and we felt safe. The staff was very nice. Had a good breakfast. You can make your own waffles, and they are good. The only reason I gave only 4 stars was the bed was hard. I have a bad back and a firm bed makes it very difficult for me. Otherwise good stay.

The electric plugs top socket didn't work but nightstands plugged in bottom did...and had built in plug ins and USB so had enough with extra bar I brought...they need to fix that...

Very good value. Clean. Breakfast was very minimal, no toaster. We were by the door so a lot of traffic and Noice until Midnight.

We didn’t even get to stay there because our room wasn’t ready. Staff was horrible to us. We needed to check in early and called to confirm we could check in at one and when we got there they wouldn’t let us check in until after 3.

Very nice hotel for a short weekend stay. Friendly and accommodating staff. Especially if you are disabled. Good breakfast. Soft beds. Good value.

Staff was kind. First room toilet would not flush. Both room showers where filthy with hair and soap scum. Second room, had an adjoining room, and I could see the light under the door. The couch was torn, there was a chemical stench throughout the hotel, and the walls had many poorly patched holes.

There was water all over the bathroom floor. A non-English speaking person mopped it up, and nothing more was done; no one came to check to see why the water was there. The sink faucet goes to either hot or steaming hot - no cold. The rooms around us create an incredible amount of noise. If we hadn't already paid, we would have gone elsewhere. This is not what we expected from a Wyndham property. :(

The bed sheets were dirty, and after several hours of waiting, I just made the bed myself. The sink area was full of old food and the wall and outlet were filthy. The sheets that I had just gotten from housekeeping smelled like fried food and cigarettes. Will not stay there again.

The hotel and staff did great. Expedia didn't send the hotel confirmation number so it was a big hassle for everyone. Phone calls and emails etc. All I wanted to do was check in as my husband is recovering from shoulder surgery and needed to rest but we couldn't

It wasn’t horrible, but it was a little questionable when walking in. When getting into our room as all guests do, people tend to look around at the bathroom and beds expecting things to be clean or unbroken. This wasn’t the case for us but I will say the maintenance guy was very quick, super friendly as well as the staff. I will say that you have to think other people used this room before us, and maybe they are the ones who possibly did damage, not the staff. Over all it was convenient, it was okay but don’t think it’s any Grand Floridian resort and spa. I’ve done lots of travel and I won’t say this is the worst place to stay. I found my stay somewhat pleasant just would except it to be a little cleaner.

Almost $200 a night and could have stayed at a Best Western for the same price. Plus it took almost 45 minutes to check in. Clerks had a carefree attitude. Place looks like it was being remodeled but still rough especially for the price. Our room had at least half a dozen drywall patches that hadn’t been sanded or painted.

Quick overnight for a tournament. The property appears to be in transition with a new ownership group. Older property undergoing improvements. Rooms are clean, just outdated. Hallways & common areas have fairly strong odor of marijuana- which is legal in the area.

We got checked in and went up to our room. The room had a bad odor to it and when we checked the beds the sheets had several stains and black specs all over. The outlets where dirty and over all just dirty. When we went down to ask for a refund for the dirty room employee was rude. Needless to say we lost out on the money and had to book another hotel.

We left within 5 min of walking into our room. Smelt horrible, bathroom light was humming and you could feel the mattress springs poking through.
