Rooms were clean, but the hallways could use some work. The beds are very very firm though which was killing my body. I had little interaction with staff, but they were courteous when I did. The inside pool was freezing so the kids could not swim which was a bummer because that is what they love the most when staying at hotels. Breakfast was okay. I wish they had whole wheat, fresh fruit, or plain oatmeal options as those are diabetic friendly. I did at least get some eggs so that was better than nothing I guess. Overall, the stay was okay.

The staff were great! The room was huge (deluxe king with jetted tub). I loved that the room did not have carpet! However the shower was a weird to set at a warm temperature as opposed to all hot or all cold. Other than that, it was great! There was a game room in the building with vending. Third party booking screwed me over again, but the staff were willing and able to fix it with no issues! Overall I had a great time and would definitely return and recommend!
