Situated in Lake Arrowhead, this charming cabin for $390 per night is a great option for your next break. This family friendly, beautifully decorated, and fully updated cottage nestled in the trees just above Lake Arrowhead is perfect for year-round lake and mountain fun for the entire family. Built in 1940, this home is bright, cozy, and lovely. The cabin is beautifully situated in nature and is peaceful, quiet, and private, perfect for a restorative mountain getaway. The home is located on a quiet street, in the gorgeous Palisades neighborhood. The location is ideal, just one street up from the lake. Lake Arrowhead Village is a quick mile and a half drive or leisurely walk, and close proximity to all the local amenities Lake Arrowhead has to offer. Also enjoy nearby shopping, restaurants or just stroll the charming neighborhood and enjoy the ambience, fresh air, and the Lake Arrowhead lifestyle! The home has four bedrooms, as well as additional beds for the little ones, and three bathrooms, and can sleep 8 adults plus children. The home also is equipped with most baby/child necessities (travel crib, pack and play, child gate, booster seat, kids’ books and toys), so pack light, or make room for other stuff! A small flight of stairs leads down to the front door from street level (with parking for 3-4 cars). On entering at ground level, the living room greets you with gorgeous views of the trees. Relax and take it all in - curl up on the couch and enjoy the gas fireplace with a book, or chill out with the flat screen smart tv equipped with Roku to watch cable or connect to all your apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. etc.). The bright kitchen is open to the living room and features a gorgeous vintage range, Corian countertops, and everything you need to enjoy a meal with the family. There is also dual access to the deck, from both the living room and the kitchen. Sit outside and enjoy the trees, the mountain air, and the starry sky. Turn on the string lights and enjoy the evening! Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and air conditioning is available for those hot summer days. Peek through the trees for glimpses of the lake from the deck and the lake-facing upstairs bedrooms! Please note that Lake Arrowhead is a private lake, with access limited to property owners. Guests can visit the ALA STR office to purchase wristband for access to the lake trails during their stay. Ask me for details. The lake can also be enjoyed from the Lake Arrowhead Village, where you can ride the beautiful vintage Arrowhead Queen paddleboat, or get on the water and cruise around with McKenzie Water Ski School. Lake Gregory, which is just down the road in Crestline is another lovely lake with lots of water activities, including boat rentals and play areas. The Rim of the World Waterpark inflatable play structure is a blast for kids of all ages!! Bedrooms:/Bathrooms: 1 - The ground level bedroom has a queen bed, and access to a bathroom with shower located just off the kitchen. 2 - The master bedroom is located upstairs and features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a toddler bed. 3 - The second bedroom upstairs (the family bedroom) has a king bed, a full bed, and a twin loft bed, and is stocked with toys. 4 - The third bedroom upstairs features a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms upstairs share access to a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen tv with Roku, allowing for cable as well as streaming apps. This is the perfect mountain home for a getaway with family and friends! Please note that the house and yard are strictly NON-SMOKING. Please also note, with our apologies, that pets are NOT permitted, as the owner is severely allergic. Please also note that the exterior of the house is equipped with a Ring camera system, for security and communication when necessary.

This place was amazing! It had everything and more. It perfectly fit our family of 8 adults and 2 kids. It was like being at home. Kitchen had all the appliances and essentials and bathrooms were clean and stocked. Perfect place for a family vacation. Walking trails were awesome and it was only a 5 min drive to the village. Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great trip - Grandparents, Adult kids and grandkids. The house was really comfortable for all of us. Great patio, big living room, well stocked kitchen. It was a wonderful backdrop to a week of family togetherness.

We are a gang of five; older siblings who try to get together for an annual gathering. Michelle took great care of us! She is very prompt in her responses, generous with her suggestions and accommodations, even letting us know the house was available early as it had not been occupied the night before. She’s a 5 star host! Great ambiance..The house is lovely. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for the five of us. Luxurious beds and bedding and well supplied bath amenities. Well equipped kitchen; bake your cookies! Well lit dining table, great for card playing. Nice deck with a view of the lake through the trees.watch tv or read in the living room, equipped with fireplace. Just up from the lake, minutes to Lake Arrowhead Village so take a walk around the neighborhood, sit back relax and read or take the short drive to the village and explore places to eat and shop! Highly highly recommended!

This is a beautiful cottage that is well kept. Michelle provide more than expected, cottage is in a great location, is very cleaned and spacious. Michelle is a great host and answered all messages in a timely manner. We’re definitely going back. We HIGHLY recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay! Plenty of room and everything we needed was there! We reserved this home in advanced and every time I had questions prior and during our stay, Michelle was quick to respond and always willing to make our stay pleasant. Looking forward to spending some time there for the summer! Thanks Michelle!

We planned a friend getaway after a light snow. The cabin was cute and cozy but also plenty big for all of us with 4 bedrooms in the cabin and one with a separate entrance. Loved the hardwood floors and updated finishes. The kitchen is very cute with a retro gas stove that worked really well. The owner/manager was awesome, attentive and communicated well. We forgot something and they contacted us to get it returned. The cabin is only a block from the lake with “owner access” using a key card. It was nice to walk to Arrowhead Village for dinner and we also walked to the East to the Marina and to a park on the North side of the lake. The hike was around 6 miles total and very nice. The cabins in the area are gorgeous, especially right on the lake. We will be back!

Some friends and I took a girls trip to Lake Arrowhead and had a great time at this property! The house is super cute and very clean, with new and comfortable furniture. The rooms comfortably slept our whole group, with an extra room downstairs going unused. The kitchen is super cute and has convenient appliances and a cutting board island. The house has a cozy living room with a great tv. It’s connected to a pretty spacious patio that has cute outdoor lighting, really nice outdoor furniture with lots of seating, and a great view facing the lake. The house is mostly covered from surrounding neighbors by trees, so there is near complete privacy on the patio, and there is convenient parking for several cars! The house is in an adorable neighborhood and is super close to the lake, with convenient access to lake trails and walking distance from the Village! The owners of this property were so sweet and a pleasur to work with. I would highly recommend a stay here to enjoy Lake Arrowhead!
