Otel Hotel SUITE is different from Otel Hotel Sibu. I stayed in both. Many people mixed up these 2 hotels.

The OTEL SUITE -Toilet is clean. Strong shower (hot and cold). Location is good, with grab, it is easy to go anywhere. Room is spacious enough. Bed is comfortable. Air condition is cold enough. There is a supermarket within 2 mins walk and some cafes nearby.
No free coffee in the Lobby. No balcony.
