As I had a flight to take, this hotel was excellent as it is close to the airport. There is not much around (just rows of shops that were closed in the afternoon) but the kopitiam downstairs was very, very good with great staff. A young boy who works at the drinks section was so kind to me and helped me out. The room was tiny but had all that one needs and was super clean with a comfy bed and clean linen. I was so pleased!! I booked a Maxim for a few dollars to get to the airport.
It was VERY noisy as it is close to a karaoke bar and the loud music continued till early in the morning. I got zero sleep. The hotel is literally upstairs a row of shops and does not have sound proofing. Also, the stairs going up to the hotel is steep and so, if you have bad knees, it can be tough.
