Breakfast was not provided. The location is excellent.
The wifi was a bit slow. Otherwise very good.

Iron and microwave available just outside the room. Fridge, kettle, breakfast crockery, tea, coffee etc in room (generous amounts of each). Room very spacious. Table, chair and sofa. TV with Netflix. The picture is of the room I stayed in. Bathroom has large bath and shower. All appeared to be spotlessly clean. Located in a quiet street, a short walk from Warrior Square station and sea front.
Well, I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The view from the window was of the houses on the opposite side of the street, but I don't stay in a place to sit in my room and look out of the window!
