Location was great with the free transfer. Lots of choice and breakfast and dinner was great.

Immersa nel verde, ottima colazione e ristorante, lavatrice e asciugatrice self service gratuita, karaoke la sera e soprattutto lo staff gentilissimo. La posizione lontana dalla confusione da Semporna è apprezzabile.
Abbiamo scelto l’opzione di rifare la camera: dopo L prima volta non erano state cambiate le tazze e gli asciugamani piccoli (quelli grandi si) e la doccia non era stata pulita. Avendolo fatto notare, la seconda volta le tazze sono state cambiate ma dei bicchieri vuoti lasciati così, mentre la situazione asciugamani non è cambiata.
Forse è necessario un briefing a chi si occupa delle camere per prestare la giusta attenzione. Basterebbe davvero poco per rendere questa struttura da 10. Per esempio bisogna pulire anche il giardinetto subito fuori dalle camere, nel nostro c’erano mozziconi di sigaretta e cerotti usati

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, rodeadas de naturaleza, y el personal super amable y servicial, disponible incluso via whatsapp para resolver dudas. Las habitaciones disponen de todo lo necesario, son muy cómodas y están muy limpias. El restaurante sirve una comida deliciosa amenizada con karaoke a partir de las 22h. El ambiente es muy agradable y en seguida te hacen sentir como en casa. Ofrecen servicio de traslado y recogida al centro de Semporna, por la mañana y por la tarde, que se ha de reservar el día antes.

The room and bathroom were spacious, bed comfy and the staff very friendly! Great coffee! Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Lovely surroundings - big property and lovely orchids!
The hotel seemed generally very empty, and the rooms are sparsely decorated - for example, no chair in the bedroom, big tables used as bedside tables. Could have been cleaner - seemed to need a good sweep. While the grounds are well maintained, leaves were being burned creating a very smokey and unpleasant atmosphere. Not great - but apparently was to minimize the mosquitoes. Also had a lovely exotic bird in a very very tiny cage - not good at all.
