Great apartment block, the Parque Santiago 2 set up is clean, safe, really close to everything you need as well as a lovely area inside and a nice relaxed holiday feel to the apartment and full area walking about at night etc.
Apartment is well set up, plenty space and great for family’s. Clean & has all the extra bits you need which is a nice personal touch.
Karen, Micheal & Sabime provided excellent service start to finish, Karen looked after us from booking to arriving and still checked in throughout to see if anything was needed and all okay. Micheal met us at the property and even with flight delays and getting in passed midnight he had a very positive attitude and provided us all the information and then Sabime with no emergency’s till literally leaving, I left some personal belongings in the apartment and called Karen who swiftly got Sabime to come over to let me back in and within 20 mins she was there.
Air con, we hired from Mr cool and got air con but couldn’t put it in the main bedroom with the high window but the kids got it in their room and livingroom. We were provided fans but unfortunately I just don’t handle to heat inside very well and if this apartment had air con I would have been booking up right away for next year because everything else was excellent start to finish.

Great and convenient location with the view over the pool a lovely bonus. The apartment was well presented and ideal for our family of 4.
There was nothing to dislike, but the pool requires the hire of sun beds.

Totul a fost ok. Apartamentul era dotat cu tot ceea ce este nevoie pentru a locui in el. Pozitia a fost ok, un dormitor are geam spre piscina iar celalalt spre coridor (zona de urcare, care este aerisita). Nu am avut probleme cu zgomotul noaptea. Fiind la ultimul nivel, in dormitoare a fost putin cald, dar in living temperatura a fost ok. Piscina a fost curata dar contra cost: sezlogul 3.5 euro, salteaua 1.5 euro si umbrela 1.5 euro. Plaja cea mai apropiata se preteaza mai mult pentru surf-eri decat pentru a te relaxa la soare, intrarea in apa fiind plina de pietre, dar mi-a placut plaja Troya, cu nisip fin, care era la aproximativ 10 minute de cazare.
