We are located very central and the ultimate location in Destin, Golf and Tennis/ Racquet Resorts. West Destin is Fort Walton/ Okaloosa Island between Fort Walton Beach & Destin, Fl. Blue Dolphin 201 is our lovely condo villa on the Beach with beautiful Gulf of Mexico / body of water. Watch for Dolphins playing & jumping which makes your stay on the beach a visit of a lifetime. Every morning enjoy coffee outside on your beachy private balcony, while you will watch boats pass by or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean! Sunsets are exquisite! Private Balcony off the living room include serene unobstructed sights of the emerald, turquoise water. You can relax with a good book, morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying your Gulf Breeze time from Deck/balcony. Just Below Beach Access for you to walk and jog on the beach road or Surfside, watch beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets, or just lounge on your private deck / porch at your leisure. You will see & hear the Waterfront sounds and see God's "Handiwork painting" of sunsets. Also, ocean water splashing against the shore while dining outside or relaxing on the 2 covered porches. Breathe in the ocean air, soak up the sun's rays, schedule a deep-sea fishing excursion, go for a fun parasailing trip, numerous rental excursion options are close by. After your beach day - lounge around the pool with your own beverages for a 'Fun and Adventure filled'' Beach vacation. Or, watch the family below while you take a break on the porch! Enjoy our area for oceans' salt air for restful sleep, sleeping in, or napping/siestas after your day at the Beach! And catch up with friends and family on the outside seating area with Unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. You can gaze out onto the shimmering water, (full moons are mesmerizing) / waking up with your sunrise coffee and breakfast. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Plus, the 2 twins/ pillow tops bunk beds have luxury sheets, too! 250- 300 thread count and bathroom adjacent in the hallway. All Rooms have Gulf views, Faster Wi-Fi Internet secured, DVD/CD players and updated WIFI box for the kids' games. Freshly updated with light fixtures, professionally decorated colors of blues and emerald green and neutrals. Compact-size washer and dryer. Full-Size Kitchen, 1 pack n play sleeps toddler, with booster highchair, the collapsible baby crib sleeps 1 infant and is provided. Blue Dolphin 201 is mostly childproof and a few toys in the guest closet to keep kiddos busy at night. Our beach condo has everything you need plus more! We like to keep it above your standard! There is a pullout sofa bed mattress is available for children and unexpected guests. Our home sleeps 2-8 people. We are Kid friendly for families. We provide a convertible crib for infants / small toddler to sleep in the pack & play provided! Beach, Ocean, Gulf , Beach Access, Putt Putt course close by, Beach Front, Water Front Ocean Side Resort Living and restaurants on site. Sea Views, Boat rentals, pontoon rentals, jet ski rentals, paddle board rentals within walking distance! Pets - not allowed Smoking - allowed Blue Dolphin Condominium 466 Abalone Ct. Unit 201, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548 We are West Destin, and door codes for arrival is typically 4pm check in. Keyless entry Door code is emailed and texted to you the 1-3 days before arrival unless last minute reservation. Parking is for one vehicle in parking spot 201 underneath. Any extra parking is first come first serve - we offer a several other spots. But, if all spots are taken for your 2nd vehicle, We do have overflow parking offsite, too. Please pardon our progress, we have one window ordered...should be arriving July 1 2024. It is covered on the north side and does not cover or take away your Gulf Water Views, so rest assured you will Enjoy your balcony and views from every Room! mgmt

The apartment was clean. The host was excellent. She went above and beyond. The king bed was comfortable. The other bed was firm according to my son. We had trouble with our parking spot, but it was resolved.

First of all, Suzette was the best person to communicate with. She was the perfect host. The condo was exactly as presented. The location to the beach, shops & restaurants was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect set up for the 4 of us. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Beds and linens were super comfortable and the kitchen has nice pots/pans etc for cooking meals. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the week! You can't beat the view and the beach with no crowds. Smaller quiet building with easy access to parking. Pool was too cold to swim in but that was literally the only negative. Suzette is a great host with quick response and also checked in with us to make sure all was good!

Nice condo, great location, very well stocked with towels, kitchen item etc. beautiful view! Sunsets incredible. But there was construction when I was there, right outside of my door. Really hard to deal with!! But they did let me out of my contract or offered to move me to another place ( not on the water) so I took the refund and left early. Suzette was great to deal with. And understood my problem, even installed a peep whole so I could see what was going on outside my door before I opened it. Would stay here again sometime.

Loved my stay at the Blue Dolphin Condos. The view was beautiful and the pool was great. The location was fabulous and it was quiet and laid back. The Beach was the best. White sands and clear emerald waters just steps outside. So nice to be able to see the bottom of the gulf shores so well. A+++

Place could use a few upgrades, plumbing could be upgraded a little, a few more of the things like trash bags and salt and pepper, could have smart tvs, but overall, very affordable and very nice
