Great location, very pretty gardens.We used the downstairs bedroom as it was next to the bathroom. The village is nicely situated between the coast and the South Downs Park. East walking distance to 2 pubs. The Fox and Hounds in the village and The Richmond Arms across a field. Both with excellent food and very friendly. Visited Bosham Quay which is very picturesque, also the West Dean gardens which were lovely at this time of year.
Parking, or rather leaving is problematical if you have a large car and there is another car parked at the other property. We didn't use the car much so were able to time turning around when the other car wasn't there.

It was absolutely beautiful, from the moment we arrived we had the wow factor!! It is surrounded by gorgeous gardens which were viewed from the property and made it even more special. Perfectly positioned for a walk to the local pub or restaurant and bus stop to go into Chichester.
