We loved staying here! It was so close to all the theme parks. The property was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back!

House overall seemed to be clean, but dishwasher drawer would not open to wash dishes even after we bought new packets that were not dried out. Not sure dishes were really clean.All bedrooms were upstairs. There were 3 of us staying and I was sleeping in a twin bed.The twin, as well as the others in the bigger rooms, were all horrible. I had to sleep on the couch. The management company insisted the mattresses had been replaced in the last year. My sister and daughter were miserable in the bigger rooms as well because of their mattresses. I did leave an outfit at the room which the property management company notified me of. Initially I thought it was so nice but then they wanted to charge 66 to ship (including their fee). They were going to charge me 35 to come and pick up because they had checked the price. When I pushed back on that because of the inconveniences we had experienced with house, she said that had nothing to do with the item handling fee. However, she then proceeded to add that multiple people must have been in the beds (they were not although I did try to sleep with my sister the first night but the main bed was equally uncomfortable). She then said the bed could only “handle so much weight”. Wow! I am slightly over 200lbs but wow!! The property management company is a representation of the owner so the two are related and beyond being irritated over a poor rental, I was hurt by the experience afterward even more.Can’t recommend for multiple reasons.
