The Davis is a thoughtfully restored 1942 Mid-Century Modern Beach Bungalow in the heart of the Coastal Lowcountry’s St. Simons Island, GA. Conveniently located close to everything in the historic mid-south neighborhood of Oglethorpe Park. The main house boasts a relaxing 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, workspace, kitchen, living, and laundry; while the guest house offers 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchenette, and living room. Guests can relax on the porches or by the firepit under the canopy of live oaks draped in spanish moss. The Davis located 10 minutes from everything on the south end through the north end, guests can easily enjoy the island has to offer. Our hope is that you’ll fall in love with our island home; from it’s never ending sources of outdoor adventures, unbeatable scenery that earned the vote as the number one favorite beach town by Travel and Leisure, beautiful beaches, foodie-worthy eateries, relaxing spas, rich local history, unique boutiques, and best of all the people who create the very heart beat of the island. **Use of the guest house will incur an additional $50 cleaning fee which is transferred directly to our cleaning service provider. Additional funds will be requested after booking, and must be paid at time of booking.** **Must be 30 years of age to rent. Person responsible for booking for remain on property for duration of booking. For every 4 people younger than 21, there must be one adult on site 30 years of age or older.**

We booked this darling spot for our 3rd annual Christmas Family Vacation. We get together with our adult kids and Grandkids for 5 days every year as we live in different states. This was perfect for us! We enjoyed days cooking, eating and relaxing. Eves were spent by the firepit making s'mores. Our grown kids said this was perfect because we were all close together in this space. The guest house was a bonus for our youngest son and his girlfriend. The kitchen was well stocked and great for us all to cook in together. Cozy all around and close to shops and sites. We had a blast and hope to visit again!

Our large family had plenty of space to spread out with all of the bedrooms and large living area. There are so many thoughtful details in the home including Public Goods citrus soaps, Wake Up Coffee, and extra towel hooks in the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Beds are comfy and they had some cute puzzles and books for the kids. Great location close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Owner is very responsive to messages. We would stay here again :)

A 25 year book club celebration was the reason for this visit. The immaculate home in a terrific location are the reasons some of us will return in the future! We found the space perfect for our group of 13 with plenty of sleeping space as well as lots of counter space to work from. The location is central to all the island has to offer: a quick drive to the lighthouse and z Christ church alike. Our group highly recommends this lovely home!

Everything about this house was perfect! My entered family loved it! My grandma was in a wheel chair and it was very wheel chair accesible which we appreciate! Communicating with the property manager was so easy and she was very nice! Definitely recommend staying here!

We had 3 generations staying in the house and we had a blast. The house and neighborhood are so very charming. Every element of the house and guest house are decorated perfectly and the backyard is so nice for hanging out. The house is located perfectly and near everything!!! We loved it.
