King bed and pull out sofa located in common area * Located in Tower 1, 29th Floor * With Strip View * 42” flat screen television * Kitchenette with two-burner stove cooktop with basic cook/dish set (Cooking condiments and ingredients are NOT provided) * Mini Fridge & freezer * Microwave * Coffeemaker * Large marble bathroom with dual sinks & vanities * Jacuzzi tub and separate large glass shower * Iron & board * Hair Dryer * Locking safe for valuables Guest Access: * Free Valet Parking (Subject to Availability) * Free Self-Parking at MGM Grand in the case that Signature valet parking is full. * Bellhop service to store luggage before and after your stay * 24 hr check in at front desk (anytime after 4PM) * Access to the MGM Signature Tower Pools * Starbucks, restaurant, bar, and deli on site. *Laundry access for guests staying for 7 nights or more.. Other Things to Note: *The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations. * No additional taxes or resort fees * Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

The room was very nice and clean a perfect location. However, check in time was 4 pm got to the room and it was not cleaned. Walked back down to the check in for assistance because our room was a third party they could not help us but gave us a number to call. Called the number no answer and could not leave VM because it was full. Emailed owner who responded quickly. Room was ready 45 minutes which delayed our already planned evening.

My Friend and I genuinely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was so easy via email. Matthew was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We had everything we needed and more. The view was so perfect and beautiful. It’s a great property, quite, and clean. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. We look forward to booking here again in the near future.

My husband and I decided to visit LasVegas and our condo was perfect! The space was complimented with beautiful works of art including paintings, mirrors, and glass art as well. The kitchen was complete with frig, 2 flat top burners, microwave, silverware and dishes, pots and pans and more. Everything you'd need to either cook or warm up your goodies!The location was perfect! Close to alot of premier shops, restaurants, and others. The pools were spacious! In-room dining was available. The temperature, ac, was self controlled-a must as the outside temp was on average 100 to 117 degrees the 9 days we stayed there. Ubers, buses, and the monorail are all avaiable very close for transport anywhere you would need to go. Our owner, Matt, was easy to contact for any problems or issues. We were exceptionally pleased with our first trip experience to LasVegas mostly due to our accommodations. If you are planning on a trip to Las Vegas, you will be extremely satisfied with this condo for all of these reasons and more!! Have a great trip!!
