In the garage, guests will find plenty of beach supplies, including beach cruiser bikes, beach toys, beach wagon, floats, cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs. The front-loading washer and dryer is also located here. Other things to note: This is a very quiet residential street, where your neighbors live and work so no parties or events of any kind. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed. Pool depth ranges from 1 feet to 5 feet. Children will need to be supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Booking guests must be at least 25 years old. Monthly or Longer stays require discounted cleaning every 2 weeks paid by guest. This is a NON-SMOKING property. (Fines and cleaning fees apply if violated.) All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. No more than 8 guests allowed in home including visitors. Please be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 pm. Parking for up to 4 cars maximum. No street parking is allowed at any time. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high. Important Note: Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
