This locally owned home was completely renovated in 2022 with you as vacationers in mind! At Heart & Homes, we pride ourselves in building and renovating rentals that perfectly cater to the needs of our visitors. After an exciting day of Traverse City adventures, come back to this charming and cozy four bedroom, three bath home. Conveniently located across the street from a local grocery store, coffee shop, and any other provisions you may need. -Enjoy a wholesome meal with your family with the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room table seating up to 12 people. Kick back on the plush couch that doubles as a queen pull-out sleeper to enjoy a movie or challenge your friends to a board game. -The primary suite holds a comfortable California king sized bed with a flat-screen TV, a sitting area for your morning coffee, and overlooks the privacy-fenced backyard featuring...a professionally maintained hot tub! The ensuite full bathroom features a stunning tiled shower. -The second bedroom is a perfect spot for kids with two sets of twin bunk beds, and a flat-screen TV. Across the hall, you will find a full bath featuring a shower-tub combo, double vanity, and a washer and dryer. -Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home and both boast king beds. Between the two bedrooms is a full bath featuring a shower-tub combo. -Working remotely? Wrap up your work at the workstations found in the primary bedroom and upstairs bedroom. Other things to note: -You must be at least 25 years old to stay unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. -We only allow ONE dog with an additional fee of $100. -Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to YouTube TV. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.) -There are two cameras monitoring the front and side doors to ensure there are no parties that would be disruptive to the neighborhood and to keep the property secure. Both are exterior cameras. -A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for your use and are located in the primary bedroom closet. -We supply a starter pack of kitchen and bathroom essentials. Short Term Rental License # : STR2022-0019 You must be at least 25 years old to stay unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Traverse City Noise Ordinance mandates quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am. All guests are expected to honor this local law and be considerate of neighbors. No fireworks are allowed on this property. We only allow ONE dog with an additional fee of $100. Late checkouts (past the regularly scheduled or prior agreed upon time) will be charged at $1/minute that you remain on the property.

This was a great combination of cozy gathering spaces—kitchen table big enough for a large family to eat and play games and enough seating for everyone to watch a movie—and beds for everyone to have a space for themselves to regroup. Location was great for a quick trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Penninsula Park and walking distance to grocery to get supplies we forgot. Would definitely recommend!

The property was great for a family or 2! King beds in all rooms and plenty of bunk beds for kiddos. Great location as well and you can beat summer weather in TC!

Clean, comfortable and stocked with little extras, this house is close to everything from vineyard tours to snow skiing and all the great restaurants and shops on Front street. We had a blast and can’t wait to go back!!

We had a great time visiting Traverse City for the weekend. We searched out a place large enough for our family of 6 that also had a hot tub and came across this gem! Loved the decor of the house, very modern and up to date. Very clean and had all the amenities. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine! Across the street was a grocery store, which came in handy! We’ll definitely head back to this house when we visit again!

Property was clean and great location. Very roomy, large bathrooms and bed rooms if you need to put pack and play for the kids. Easy access to get to town.
