Our stay was great! The house is well thought out. Didn’t love the steep Stairs with older folks but it was accurately described in the rental. It was wonderful and really close to Hendersonville which was great for us! The owners were great at responding. Wonderful stay 💕 definitely pleased. Well Stocked with everything you need

This is an extremely nice property we very much enjoyed. There is a great deal to recommend it. Anyone booking should be aware though (1.) it is very much NOT handicap accessible so if that’s a concern for your group this may not be right for you, and (2.) The two bathrooms are not conveniently located for easy use by a group of more than two. It’s manageable, but be aware it will indeed take managing. PROS: It was Hallmark Movie levels of darling. Truly thoughtful decorations and design which will keep you smiling the entire stay. Comfortable beds and towels. Spotlessly clean. Owner was a delight. CONS: If you aspire to cooking dinners for a group of more than three while staying here, know the kitchen is very, very minimally equipped. Pans and dishes for preparing and serving are sparse. The only dutch oven pan wouldn’t be large enough to make soup for a family of four. Bring your own/be prepared to supply what you’ll need, or plan to eat out often.

Our family of 6 adults spent the weekend attending a wedding at Jeter Farms. The house was the perfect spot to visit the area and still be close to downtown Hendersonville. The house was super clean and we loved the historic feel. It’s a great place to relax after wedding events. We would absolutely book this if we were coming to Hendersonville for the Apple festival. Robert and Emily have created a special place to stay.

We were in town for the weekend and stayed at this property. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable. Excellent location too, very close to downtown Hendersonville and around the corner from a very nice new brewery (Trailside Brewery). Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

A beautiful house. Perfect for relaxing and playing games. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. I need a firm mattress and one of the ladies like a softer mattress. Everyone was pleased with the comfort of the mattresses ( which is a plus when are in your senior years) location was perfect. Close to town but in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.
