I loved being in the beautiful hacienda in nature. The food was generally good and I liked the free coffee in the mornings. The pool was lovely and the coffee tour was great. The staff helped organise a transfer for me to airport.
The staff were generally very nice although perhaps not perfectly trained in customer service (check in was a bit slow with the big group, one of the staff members seemed new perhaps) and the dinner service was a bit slow but this is understandable with only one chef. Maybe the menu could be smaller and the food cooked in more batches to help this?

Las instalaciones muy bonitas rodeado de naturaleza, la piscina limpia y cómoda, el personal muy amable pero falta atención al detalle, no nos entregaron llaves del cuarto , la cena aunque se programó con tiempo nos dejaron esperando más de una hora después, nos dieron la comida incompleta pero cuando hicimos la observación lo corrigieron .
