El trato recibido fue excelente, especialmente por parte de Lorena, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, tanto durante la recepción como durante la cena. Fue cercana, amable y muy atenta durante toda nuestra estancia. También queremos destacar positivamente la actitud del hotel ante nuestro problema con el descanso: finalmente decidimos no disfrutar de la segunda noche y tuvieron el detalle de devolvernos el importe correspondiente. Nos pareció un gesto de comprensión y de buena atención al cliente que valoramos mucho.
El principal problema fue el descanso. La habitación tenía poco aislamiento acústico y se escuchaba bastante ruido, lo que dificultó dormir adecuadamente. Para nosotros era un aspecto importante y finalmente decidimos no quedarnos la tercera noche. Creemos que mejorar el aislamiento de las habitaciones elevaría considerablemente la experiencia.

Roof terrace is big plus. Free breakfast delicious. Big room upstairs with beautiful views (window is a bonus).
The corrugated plastic/metal in surrounding buildings and loose on the roof of hotel itself makes a lot of noise in heavy winds- hard to fall asleep.

La amabilidad de los empleados..
No me gustó la hora de la noche, los huéspedes suben al tercer piso a la fogata y hacen mucho ruido, luego se pasaron a las habitaciones y siguieron haciendo ruido hasta la madrugada.
