It was a great location! Plenty of parking for guests! Nice size home with a great kitchen. The avant group was wonderful! The ice machine was not working, so avant group dropped off 2or 3 huge bags of ice. That was a godsend. Overall it was a great experience!

The price! I thought it was a little pricey because we paid the full amount with nobody chipping in.
