Situated in North Topsail Beach, this attractive condo for $353 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Brand new listing, newly renovated. Welcome to "Beachaholic" This condo has all the comforts of home with a 5 star feel. Brand new LVP floors throughout the condo. There is top of the line stainless steel appliances for all your kitchen and cooking needs. The beds are so comfortable and there is even a sofa bed for those extra friends or family that want to join you on your vacation. Private, open balcony, direct ocean front, catch the sun rays as you over look over the water. Enjoy the very modern beachy feel this condo has to offer. Take a swim in one of the available pools, or soak in a hot tub while enjoying a cocktail from the bar of one of Topsail’s best recommended restaurants. Like tennis, there are courts on the grounds for you to enjoy. The elevator is right outside of the unit, you can take it down to the grilling area of the complex. The elevator is also great for taking your beach gear out to the beach. Walk ways that go directly out to the beautiful beach. The living area has all you need, including a washer and dryer. The master suite with a king bed, and a killer view. There is an ensuite, you won’t even have to leave the room. You will also find a queen room that shares a bathroom with the living area. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs or smart adaptive TVs, and unit has great wifi. Also equipped with keyless entry, so no contact needed. Check yourself in and no extra stops along the way As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include - Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters. - a new kitchen scrubber - a dish towel and washcloth - dish soap - dishwasher tabs - powdered laundry soap - bar soap per bathroom - ziplock bags - trash bags - toilet paper - paper towels - CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams. - Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking. The pool in only open April through Oct Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license. Sol Searching Properties is a small boutique type rental management company, one that has all the fine details worked out. Property is as advertised and my suite overlooked the ocean, which was about a football field distance away. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, which were pleasant in late October. Easy access to the beach. Unit was clean and well maintained.

The Beachaholic was just perfect for us. It provides adjoining units with kitchen, living room, laundry as common areas, while keeping the bedrooms and bathrooms private. The views from the balcony and king bedroom are stunning to say the least. All the appliances, utensils and cookware are provided for. The communication with the owner was electronic and understandable. The amenities here were well maintained and staffed. The restaurant has good food for reasonable prices. We had excellent weather, windy for most days, which made it cooler and enjoyable. I felt quite privileged and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and clean. The view was amazing. We were so close to the ocean, it was incredible. The pools were open but very cold which was disappointing (I had assumed they would have at least one heated pool). There were 2 small hot tubs (just hot water, no bubbles) that we used some when not at the beach. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed a meal at the restaurant which was very good. If more than 4 people staying definitely bring extra towels/washcloths as there are only 4 offered in the unit. Additionally, there is no bedding provided for the pull out couch, luckily I had brought some from home. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable (the pull out couch was not comfortable at all). Overall, we had a great time and it was just what we needed.

Excellent view. Loved the elevator. Spacious condo. Full size washer and dryer. Swimming pools looked like they would be attractive and fun in the summer. Wonderful restaurant in the building. Very easy access to the restaurant from this condo. Would love to stay here again if we return to this area.

Very nice property with great views! The restaurant on property was 10/10! My only complaint would be I wish they had left more towels as there were only 2 per bathroom. Also, there were several light bulbs out. Great stay though, will def book again!
