Great location for Brighton. Only a 20 minute taxi ride. Basic but very clean accommodation.

Accommodation is a spacious self-contained section within a house. Good, quiet location. Host gave clear instructions on how to get into the place, as we were arriving late in the night.
The previous beddings were not changed for us! There were even hair strands on the bed. This is poor and not hygienic. I would expect fresh beddings for every new customer.
