Very Large Double Room with Corner Sofa, Sky TV, Netflix etc, Fridge and Microwave

Nice sized room with all the facilities one would expect from a hotel It’s on the ground floor with its own toilet just outside the room Car parking is available on request Ideally placed for Newhaven and Peacehaven Brighton isn’t that far away

There was nothing I didn’t like about the stay

The location is great if you’ve arrived by ferry and looking for an overnight stop. The room is clean, well furnished and equipped. Very comfortable bed.

Maybe that the bathroom is situated upstairs in the family home although this didn’t prove to be a problem.

No lock on the door to the room, if my wife was travelling with me she would not have slept

It was modern

The room wasn't made up and unfortunately I saw the state of the mattress ! However when we returned to the room later that night the room was made up at least! The room had a musty type smell and there was only enough toilet paper to see us through and no spare at all! The toilet could do with a deep clean as the skirting boards were very dusty! I think that the mattress could do with replacing AND I would suggest at least getting a mattress cover which can be washed after every guest!
