It's a room inside the apartment of the hosts, but separate, private, with own bathroom. Owners are very nice and hospitable, and in fact they helped me with some local errands that I had, well beyond what's expected. The room is big and clean. The neighborhood Lastarria has lots of restaurants and bars, and metro is near.
Well, if you like the anonymity of a large hotel then this one is not for you. Otherwise, go for it!
