Location and friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. Subway station close by if we needed it. Best and most interesting location / neighborhoods.
Breakfast was not very good but the coffee was good.

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and vendors. Hotel front desk staff were great, friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to go in the neighborhood.
The room and bathroom were super small. I couldn't get the free wi-fi to work, but I didn't ask for help either.

Location was excellent
Staff were on the whole very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good.
It wasn’t in a noisy position but close to the bohemian centre.
Let’s face it - the building is quirky but a bit tired. Curtains could be replaced in the room I had but I could see the Andes !
