Absolutely beautiful hotel! The cleaning standards were 5-star, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, room service was exceptional, and the restaurants were absolutely lush.
A special mention to Mafia at reception, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. Whatever I asked for was delivered within minutes nothing was ever too much trouble.
Nawaz was also super helpful and added such a lovely personal touch to our stay. Pervez was equally approachable, helpful and quick to assist whenever needed.
The whole team made our stay feel comfortable, welcoming and truly special. Excellent service from start to finish, I would definitely stay here again!

The Good one ..It gives vibes back to the Mughal Empire !
Its Nothing which i didnt like ..Just there should be a kitchenette in the room in this Price ..Other things were Good .

The room was big and clean. It could use some small modernisation.
The hallways are hot and there wasn’t a lot of options to choose for breakfast.

The bedroom itself was excellent the bathroom was poor and small they put a zacussi bath big enough for a 4ft person underneath a shower head now imagine trying to shower stood in this bath the floor is getting soaked slip hazard the water is cold and there's a plug socket a live one on the wall with water splashing onto it just imagine the hazard the bathroom itself is boiling about 2 metres wide and 4 metres long what a joke .....I stayed here last year 2025 it was good proper bathroom and shower this time it was awful smart TV Netflix you cant sign into you have to watch some other app witch keeps buffering you have to have breakfast in the morning in your room ...ac works well in room but then you go anywhere else in the hotel as soon as you walk out of your door the heat slaps you in the face .....
I complained straight away on all these situations but the managent is awful they don't care not even a change of room suggested or to rectify any situation had to have cold shower electricity kept going off then tv goes off and you have to wait for WiFi to get back to any device to aatch anything .... the besakfast was horrible I had to eat 3 toast witch was edible and to pay nearly 18.000 rupees for 1 night .that is disgusting better hotels in this area lower price .....price would not of been the issue if they stood to the phone conversation I had before I booked with them through booking.com.....oh yes sir 24.7 hot water oh yes sir smart TV Netflix works and WiFi is excellent sir ......and the worst part is they tried to convince me book through us sir we look after you don't use booking.com...good job I did otherwise......you customers out there would never know......and after ive just travelled 14 hours by car you need comfort no headache..... from north sides a place called naran the hotel there was excellent called luxus naran just check my review I left there it was 10 excellent
