The property was very cute and in a great area. It was about 2 miles from the inner city and a mile from other attractions. It was far enough away to not worry about traffic and when needed Ubers were about $10 into the city.
The place felt very safe itself but the houses around it were a bit sketchy. I didn’t realize that either the area above us or behind us (although they were completely separate) had people in them. This wasn’t too bothersome just scared me when I heard them the first night lol.

Location, price and comfort. The place is very cozy and you have everything you need. Bed is really soft and you have a sofa bed. TV works great. Bathroom is very clean and it seems is new. Kitchen is well equipped. Parking is available in front of the flat. Neighbor is quiet and safe. There is a table with three chairs where you can enjoy your food. Internet works fine. Communication with the owner is open and I had quick response always.
There is another tenant up the apartment and you can hear the voices and the walking around the house and during the night it become really uncomfortable. There is no shampoo/accondicioner available in the bathroom. The tub in the bathroom is kind of high and I had difficult to get out because it was slippery and it did not feel safe. One night the AC stopped working but I reported it and they fixed it right away. There is a car parked in the driveway and that gives you a small space to get thru and that makes difficult to pass with your luggage to the appartament door.
The appartament is really fine. You will have a wonderful stay, I just giving some negative points but I'd stay here again if I come back to Cleveland.

The room/house itself inside was FANTASTIC and clean!
The neighborhood it was in, but that’s not their fault. Fantastic host
