Franchement l’appartement était calme propre le lit confortable les petits attentions du propriétaire était vraiment gentil rien à dire 10/10 je recommande fortement la prochaine fois que je viendrais à Ténérife je relouerais cette appartement !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement.
C'est très propre. Bien situé.
Appartement ds un complexe avec piscine enclavée dc a l'abri du vent. Il y a la climatisation ds la chambre et ventilateur ds le salon , c'est suffisant pour 33 deg extérieur.
Balcon avec table et chaises extérieure. Mais pas trop profité car à l'ombre le soir et il y a du vent !! Nous sommes sur une île.
Le lit est confortable.
Belle douche, des petites choses du quotidien disponible comme un peu de lessive, des pdts nettoyants, des dosettes de café nespresso, du papier aluminium... éponge pdt vaisselle, 1 chiffon..
Vaisselle neuve ikea très correcte ..il y a un aspirateur mais il est en haut d'un placard non accessible donc... c'est dommage
Appartement proche de l'entrée du complexe mais loin de la piscine.
Belle et grande piscine et assez de transats pour tout le monde, fin août !
Sol pas assez propre, les dessous de pieds noirs !! Un aspirateur balai serait le bienvenu, le ménage serait donc fait plus souvent .
C'est compliqué de se garer le soir dans les rues adjacentes.
Alarme dans l'appartement, c'est sécurisant ! Il y a aussi un vigile qui surveille le complexe.
Franchement qualité prix c'était super.
Très bonne communication également via whatsapp avec la propriétaire, très sympathique, entrée boîte à clefs.. tout c'est bien passé. Séjour de 11 nuits.

The location is excellent, being very close to restaurants, the south airport and beaches.
We highly appreciated having beach towels and a beach umbrella available.
We liked the complex swimming pool and the self-check-in process.
The bed sheets were clean, and there were plenty of clean towels available.
General cleanliness was quite superficial.
We had an issue with ants, especially in the kitchen area.
The oven and the extractor hood had visible grease stains, and there were various stains on the sofa.
The dish drying cabinet had rust and a very unpleasant odor.
