Star of the Mountain is a spacious, one-level, 2,450-square-foot retreat located just ½ mile from Marina Beach in the private, gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California. Built in 2001, this home offers a comfortable and well-equipped base for relaxing, entertaining, and exploring Yosemite—just 25 miles away.

Gated Community Access & Fees
The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security.
A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.

Parking & Accessibility
Driveway parking available for 2–3 vehicles
Garage is not available for parking (converted into game room)
Wheelchair accessible: no interior or exterior steps; only two steps into the garage

Important Notes
No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (including children and infants)
Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach towels not included)
