It’s location. It’s cleanliness. Comfortable beds.
The lounge could only comfortably seat three people. The bedrooms were on a different floor to the bathroom. We had expected access to the studio which would have worked better for our party but that wasn’t available.

Could not fault anything with property was perfect for me and 3 friends who was off walking in Penrith.

The hot tub
No towels left for us. Kitchen area cramped.
Parking space was inaccessible due to security pole but we later found the key in the key safe. Arriving late at night it would have been helpful to be told where the key was as the first thing you encounter is the need to park the car
