It's in a very convenient location, the friendly reception desk is open 24/7 in case of problems. The houses are very well thought out, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. House was very clean. We did not try the swimming pool as it is only available to book on weekdays. At 6 mins drive from the M&S food hall, you can pick up ready meals, or walk to a choice of 2 pubs at the end of the Jubilee side road. Or book a meal at the on site restaurant.
There were just a few very minor repairs needed, like a hook in the bathroom, roller blinds not staying put exactly. But these did not affect our stay and we reported them with every expectation that they would be sorted out. This is not a location for sitting in the garden admiring a lake district view, as the biggest downside is that the houses lack character. But that is more than made up for by the convenience of the location if you are visiting relatives in the area or just want to go out and explore with a quiet and comfortable base to relax in the evenings.

The Receptionist was very helpful and easy to deal with.
The Check-in Time was somewhat restrictive. A few more spaces for swimming would be helpful.

Clean, location and size okay
Listing shows swimming pools and gym. We arrived on sat and told us the facilities were close during weekend. Very disappointed
