L’emplacement à la fois au calme mais proche des commerces ( supermarché, pizzeria, boulangerie, fruits et légumes etc..) et de la plage.
La proximité du Train R1 et R2 pour l’aéroport. Le métro à 10 min permettant de rejoindre le centre de Barcelone
La plage avec des terrasses pour prendre un verre
Le logement avec toutes les commodités. On dort bien
Bonne communication avec le propriétaire
Tout est bien. La caution est rendue plus rapidement si on demande. Cela dépend aussi des banques.

快適でした。日当たりはリビングがほぼサンルーム！
海も近いし、スーパーや深夜までやってるキオスクもある。
庭もとても気に入りました！
駅のアクセスも二つの路線が使えて両方十分以内。
また機会があれば来たいです。
気にならないレベルですが、バルセロナ観光につかうには少し遠い。
でもおかげでバラドナというまた素敵な街を体験できます。

We are regular travellers and this is the first time we've been stuck in the road trying to negotiate with an obstinate letting agent over the security deposit (which we still don't know if it has been refunded). I cannot understand this step and after ten hours of travel it was an unwelcome surprise.
This aside, the neighbours in the above rental (Penthouse) were extremely noisy.
