New comfortable mattresses on beds. Very spacious master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds & TV. Fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Ducted airconditioning.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee & hand soap supplied.
Secure, lockup, double garage under main roof.
Short walk to popular cafes, restaurants, shopping, tram and playground/park.
Few minutes drive to the City.
Quiet location. Perfect space for a family or 2 couples. *PLEASE NOTE*
-No parties or large gatherings -Maximum 4 guests
-No smoking
-No pets
-Put bins out & take any rubbish with you that wont fit. -Leave floor tidy, do dishes & leave house in a neat-tidy state. You may be asked to provide Government issued ID with photo, names of guests staying & pay bond upfront. -Security cameras fitted outdoors. -If any of these rules are broken, extra charges & cleaning fee will apply.

Very easy to check in, and super clean and lovely place to stay! Could walk to shops, and plenty of parking on the street as well as the garage. Would definitely stay again!

Property was terrific! Well appointed, clean, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked, was great to have basics in the kitchen, coffee machine. Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved our stay.
