PALM BEACH VILLA - This two-story villa is located in the residential area of Palm Beach, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private terrace with a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a BBQ grill. Walking distance to the tourist scenery of Palm Beach; sleeps 12.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Palm Beach Fortress Five-bedroom villa, a beautifully renovated and updated vacation home. The main house has been refreshed in August 2026 for an unforgettable Aruba getaway.
This spacious private residence is designed for privacy, relaxation, and island living. Surrounded by 10-foot-high privacy hedges and a fully gated outdoor terrace, it offers a peaceful private retreat. Enjoy the private pool and Jacuzzi, BBQ, and several outdoor lounge areas while taking in the warm Aruba sunshine and tropical breeze.
The two-story villa features high ceilings, lots of windows, allowing plenty of natural light. The living room has a electric reclining sofa and TV. The dining area seats 8, with 2 additional high chairs at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.
A bonus room with a foosball table and a sofa bed provides additional entertainment and sleeping space.
Bedrooms - Main House
The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs and has direct access to a pergola-covered upper-level terrace with an outdoor dining table, seating, BBQ grill, and outdoor TV. Stairs from the terrace lead directly to the pool area.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, and spacious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub beside a picture window overlooking the view, a large shower, separate toilet room, and double-sink vanity.
The second and third bedrooms are downstairs, next to a large shared bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub for 2. The second bedroom, through the right door in the hallway, has a king-size bed and wardrobe. The third bedroom, through the left door, has a queen-size bed and wardrobe.
Bedrooms - Guest House
The fourth bedroom is in the guest house near the pool. It has a king-size bed, microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The fifth bedroom is in the guest house at the back of the property. It has two double-size beds, a small refrigerator, TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The property also includes 4 cable TVs, air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, ample parking in a fenced, covered garage, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests with 6 beds and a sofa bed. A rental car is recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding area and island.

This property worked great for our group of 6. We had plenty of room and space and could have have more guests join us. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Service people were AWESOME
