It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a terrace, equipped open-plan kitchen and charming living room. Enter the condo directly in the very luminous living room with large sliding windows that open to the paved patio. It features a large beige couch, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, lamps, and a smart TV. You will like the refined decoration and wooden floors. The kitchen was fully renovated and features new stainless appliances and large counter tops. The brand-new kitchen features an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster (no dishwasher). 2 stools at the bar will allow you to enjoy your meals at the bar. The bedroom features a queen size bed, 2 nights stands with lamps, a dressing room and a large luminous window. The renovated en-suite bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. You will find a washer and dryer in the building next to the unit. You will need quarters to use them. The lovely terrace is great to enjoy the beautiful Floridian weather - with its outdoor table and 2 chairs, it will be perfect. You can park your car on the designated parking for the residence (outdoor parking, no carport) Enjoy the large communal pool next to your residence. There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities. The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching. Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee. Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive. Are you traveling with family or friends ? We manage other units in Bunker Oaks, and 1 on Longwater Chase! Additional info: This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires at least two weeks prior to arrival. The application fee of $150 is at the charge of the tenant ($150 per married couple, or $150 per guest.) The fee amount is subject to change. The common areas of the private residence features ice maker, laundry (the building next to the unit, quarters needed for washing/drying) and an outdoor communal heated swimming pool. **No pets allowed per the HOA rules ** ** no trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules** **no parties, non smoking** ** AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running** ** Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
