Clean, spacious, fantastic location
Great communication with check-in instructions.
Because it’s so central, it can be quite noisy at nights with the pubs/horses & carriages.
However there were earplugs provided.

Access instructions were provided well in advance and were easy to follow. There were many small extras provided for guests, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Of all the rooms we've booked in Poland, this was by far the best. We will look at this listing again on our next visit.

Everything was great, but the location was unbeatable. Bartek, our host, was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful whenever we had questions about anything in Kraków. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!
Nothing to complain about! :)
