The receptionist was very kind , she upgraded our room on our request without charging extra. Room was very spacious and the view was remarkable.
Barthroom tap needs fixing. It was loose.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, making everything easily accessible.
The hotel itself was very clean, spacious, and perfect for families. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service — they even prepared a special sahur for us, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Location was good
The staff “receptionist” and the lack of furniture and tools in the suit.. it was very called no rugs or carpets just looks like an empty living room with a small couch and a small tv
