A wonderful hotel in Sakarya! It is close to a shopping center, a mall, and a street with many shops. Free tea is available for all hotel guests at all times.
The breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The staff are very kind and helpful — the young man at the entrance helped us with the car, parking, and our luggage.
The entrance to the parking garage is a little difficult to find at first, but it is actually very easy once you know where it is. From the hotel’s main entrance, just continue straight down to level -3, where there is an elevator that takes you directly to the reception.
I didn’t like that the room key stopped working before the official check-out time, which is 12:00. I had to go to the reception twice to have the card reactivated so I could get the rest of my luggage from the room. Things like this should not happen.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to all essential services. I really appreciated the warm welcome, friendly smiles, and excellent service from the hotel staff. Special thanks to Sumera from the reception, who was very welcoming and helpful, and Kerim, the bellman, who was extremely cooperative and responsive to all my questions.
Nothing in particular. I truly enjoyed my stay.
