La posizione è eccezionale. L'appartamento è un una zona tranquilla ma a 5 minuti dalla metro, dalla fermata dei tram e anche dalla stazione obb. Vicinissima anche a supermercati e altri servizi.
La struttura è nuova e abbastanza pulita!
In generale ci è piaciuto tutto, ma qualche piccolo appunto: le stoviglie sono contate per il numero massimo di ospiti, quando si viaggia con bambini farebbe comodo avere più disponibilità. Siamo stati sei giorni e avere una scopa o aspirapolvere nell'appartamento avrebbe fatto comodo, così come le istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata. Non conoscendo il tedesco, trovare tutte le indicazioni utili non è semplicissimo.
Sicuramente molto più adatto ad una coppia o due tre amici, ma siamo comunque stati benissimo stando fuori tutto il giorno e facendo tappa per dormire, colazione e qualche cena.

Buena estancia en un barrio agradable y con servicios cerca (transporte, supermercados, bares), a pocas paradas de metro del centro de la ciudad. Apartamento muy nuevo y limpio, con todo lo necesario. Se agradece especialmente el aire acondicionado en verano.
Había bastante aparcamiento libre justo delante del edificio pero no nos atrevimos a dejar el coche porque no teníamos claro si estaba permitido por lo que utilizamos un aparcamiento disuasorio (P+R Spittelau) a una parada de metro, por 4 €/día.
Podría mejorarse el equipamiento del apartamento con algún utensilio de limpieza (escoba, fregona) y básicos de cocina (aceite, azúcar...). Sofá cama un poco justo para dos adultos.

Hermoso el departamento.
La ducha es excelente.
Mucha intimidad y silencio.
Más luz sobre la mesa para comer, y mas luz en el sector de la cocina.
Sentí que a lo mejor hace falta que entre más aire de afuera (ventilación).

Het appartement was ruim en comfortabel met een goed bed. De ligging ten opzichte van de Donau radweg en het centrum vonden wij handig.
Het contact met de eigenaren verliep vrij moeizaam via whatsapp en telefonisch, want ze zijn niet op locatie aanwezig. Ze waren minder goed bereikbaar dan verwacht. Het inchecken via het online formulier was omslachtig. Wij wilden onze bagage graag eerder brengen, want op booking.com stond dat dit gratis mogelijk was. Eerst probeerden ze ons 30 euro te laten betalen voor een vroege checkin, maar uiteindelijk konden we onze bagage toch alvast naar het appartement brengen. Wij dachten op basis van de foto's dat het appartement op de begane grond zou liggen, maar dit bleek niet zo te zijn, want het was op de tweede etage. Er was wel een lift aanwezig. De wasmachine die aanwezig zou zijn bleek een gedeelde de wasmachine op de verdieping, waardoor we moesten wachten tot er 1 vrij kwam. Waarom niet in het appartement, waar voldoende ruimte en een aansluiting aanwezig is?Ondanks de relatief goede ligging was het toch een eind lopen naar het centrum.
