Modern and new furniture. There was a dishwasher and a big shower, coffee machine and AC!! So far the best apartment i’ve ever stayed in. I would even say that the price is too low for such a level of comfort.

Czysto, przestronny pokój i łazienka (+świetne kosmetyki), dobrze działająca klimatyzacja (byliśmy w upały), bardzo wygodne łóżko (+świetny pomysł z możliwością zasunięcia wokół łóżek kotar), dobrze działające wi-fi. Doskonała lokalizacja. Spokojna dzielnica ale szybki dojazd do centrum metrem lub tramwajem, dojazd bez przesiadki do wielu znanych miejsc (np. Belvederu, opery, muzeów). Aneks kuchenny z płytą i kuchenką mikrofalową oraz zmywarką, wystarczając ilość naczyń (choć bez szaleństw). Możliwe skorzystanie z pralki. Dobra komunikacja z właścicielami (whatsapp), ew. problemy rozwiązywane na bieżąco.
Budynek znajduje się nad tunelami kolejowymi- słychać pociągi, głównie w łazience (niezbyt głośno). Dla nas w ogóle nie było to uciążliwe ale jak ktoś ma bardzo wrażliwy słuch to można zabrać zatyczki. Poza tym naprawdę bez zastrzeżeń.

Geruch in der Wohnung (Rauch), zweites Bett nicht für zwei Kinder/Personen geeignet
Kein Fenster, sondern Türen ebenerdig zum Innenhof, an denen sehr viele Leute vorbeigelaufen sind und man sie daher nicht öffnen konnte.
Waschmaschine ist nicht wie angegeben, in der Wohnung, sondern im Flur und war ständig belegt.
Geschirrspüler wusch das Geschirr nicht sauber,
Wohnung ist direkt über einem Bahnhof gebaut und man hört und spürt die Züge darunter deutlich
Kommunikation nur auf Englisch möglich

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, schöne Ausstattung, tolles Bad, gute Anbindung mit Öffis.
Keine Möglichkeit, sich rauszusetzen. Keine Fenster, zwar große Balkontüren zum Innenhof, aber ebenerdig und jeder kann reingehen. Etwas sparsame Küchenausstattung.
