The apartment was tidy, neat and a great location. Kitchen and lounge area is set up well. Loved the big bed and general layout of the apartment.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as expected. The laundry area wasn't functional. The top loader lid did not open fully, making it hard to get washing out. A front loader would work better. The shower wasn't clean. The ceiling paint in the bathroom is bubbling and starting to peel, and the mirror needs replacing as it has black stains on it.

Nice spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay in Darwin. We really enjoyed our week there, central to everything and nice pool to relax in away from the heat. Thanks

Easy to access keys
The door lock was a bit testy at times
The sliding doors in the bathroom that hide the washing machine and sink. i would suggest having no doors there. There is too little space between the washing machine and the tumble dryer. Difficult to open the lid and get washing out whilst tyrying to hold up the lid.

Central location, very clean unit, very comfy bed, good air conditioning, good blackout curtains, balcony.
One set of towels for the week - and being told that we couldn't wash them and would be charged for extra towels. Same for the sheets. No dining options at a Mantra! Poor housekeeping in lobby, pool was uncleaned and riddled with algae. The apartment is starting to show its age, but so is the entire Mantra building. (Other guests experienced no hot water most days).
