Comfortable and clean
Lack of towels was a prime disappointment . Not sure why we couldn’t wash our own towels or have more provided . We were there for 9 nights with no servicing or change of towels . Not impressive .Pillows were lumpy . Many rules given about the care of the place but Not enough info regarding what was available ie Foxtel footy etc . which we found accidentally and was important to us.

Towering Palms is not the name of the building, there’s no building called Towering Palms which is confusing, so take note if booking this facility, this is the name of the room only. If I wanted an Airbnb, I would have booked thru Airbnb! Key collection & return is difficult as the lockbox is at a totally different location from the room & picking keys up at 2.30am & trying to find the location of the lock box was not a nice experience! Lock box is located at a dingy youth hostel!
The accommodation itself is centrally cooled by air conditioning that is not allowed to be turned off & strict instructions on this are given by the owner but the aircon is absolutely, ridiculously freezing! This actually made the stay most unpleasant. Make sure you bring jumpers, socks & a blanket because you’ll need it with this aircon & that’s no exaggeration!
No view from the balcony when you sit at the outdoor table, can only see the brick wall!
If you send the owner a message, they don’t respond with an answer to your message.
Owner will only send generic messages,
won’t respond to any question you put to them. As motel owners ourselves, we can only say that this facility is very poorly administered & question whether this owner has actually stayed themselves!
