Great location, nice and clean, quiet. The dual key behind another door is nice and the centralised AC was surprisingly good.
Can't say we disliked anything, but the taps were very funky in terms of what temperature water they produced. From the cold shifting to boiling hot to the hot shifting to freezing and back again. Provided a good deal of amusement!

These were two great rooms & bathrooms with a shared kitchen & lounge room, perfect for people who are travelling together but also want their own space. It's a great location, facing onto the esplanade with it's walks and waterviews, and backing onto a path to Mitchell St where all the eateries are.
This was great value for money because what you're not paying for is any reception or service. You collect your own keys from a shop around the corner and there's no way to contact the host / owner once you're there (or before - the phone number on the confirmation email was for someone who no longer manages the apartment). Which is all fine as long as nothing goes wrong, which it didn't for us.

great location, good bed, kitchen easy to use
very noisy at night from activities outside- music from adjacent pubs. hard to control aircon temp or get assistance if needed
