Hot tub available, rooms very clean. Wide variety of breakfast menu and very tasteful. Close to every thing, and felt very safe. Host went out of their way to make you feel welcome and serve you a wonderful breakfast.

Bed was so comfortable & whole place is very clean! Hot tub outside was large & clean. So relaxing at night. Coffee, tea & water stations available. Can’t wait for breakfast.

Greta property that is well maintained. Hosts are great too.
Be cautioned however that the vanity light was a bit too dim for applying makeup. We advised and am sure that that will be corrected.

The house is beautiful , rooms adorable with big bathrooms - pristine , breakfast AMAZING , host and hostess absolutely lovely, gorgeous outdoor patio with oversized clean hot tub - could not have been a better experience. They have thought of everything to make your stay fantastic.

Judy and Mark were very engaging and helpful. Rooms were clean and quite. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the homemade desserts with each breakfast. So very much more relaxing than standard hotels.

Everything was wonderful. The room was spotless and decorated so beautifully. Very comfortable size room, bathroom had special toiletries and soft towels. Plenty of closet space and drawers. The hosts, Karl and Judy are awesome. Breakfast is super - different every day and Judy goes above and beyond to make everything so tasty and special. We will be back. You will love it here!!!!!

This was my first B&B experience and it was WONDERFUL. We visited last month for my birthday trip and the owners were so warm and hospitable. The food was superb! Thanks for such a pleasant experience

Staying at the Holland Farmhouse Inn B&B was truly delightful. The building has been recently renovated and our room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Judy and Karl were fantastic hosts and made us feel welcome from the start. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast each morning which was easily the best meal we had each day. There was a nice selection of foods including the most fantastic empanadas which were made fresh each morning; they were incredible. Also, Judy served up a different homemade pastry each day, each one better than the next. On our last morning there, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served and Judy and Karl got up early to make sure that we had a hot, fresh breakfast before we left. Customer service is clearly their top priority. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone who will be in the Holland area. This inn will be someplace we will stay on every trip we make to this area.

This B&B was exactly as described. Very cute Inn, everything was clean and in pristine condition. The owners are very nice an friendly. Comfy beds and pillows and the room climate was controlled by us - another plus! We stayed only 1 night as we were travelling to Northern Michigan. The breakfast was so delicious and homemade by Judy and Gary. Judy brought out warm cheese empanadas, that melted in your mouth! If travelling through Holland, MI again, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a first class experience at Holland Farmhouse Inn. from Karl's greeting and orientation, to the beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable rooms, and the lovely sitting areas...and then there was the amazing breakfast, cooked and served by Judy. The location was convenient to pop into town (by car) and very easy to find. Would stay here again, and absolutely recommend it!

The accommodations were great. The best parts of the stay were the hosts and the food. It was such a friendly environment and we really felt cared about.

I HIGHLY reccomend staying here. Check in was easy; Karl met us, went over door codes and a few amenities and that was it. The entire home was immaculate and they obviously take pride in what they do. Our room had a small wine fridge, bath robes, shower essentials, and plenty of linens. There is a small ice maker and water cooler for guests. Breakfast was amazing! Judy makes quite a spread everyday, and food is obviously her love language because her cooking was delicious! The location was convenient…only a few minute drive from downtown. Stay here is you ever go to Holland!!

Judy and her daughter were fabulous hosts. They were very fun to talk with and took care of us so well. The breakfast was out of this world. Home cooked, delicious food. Lots of it too! We will be back!

We were immediately impressed when we received a welcome text from the owner on the day we were checking in. The B&B is immaculate and wonderfully decorated. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Kurt and Yuri were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated as customers. We will definitely stay here whenever we find ourselves in the Holland area. 100% recommended and worth the price.

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The homemade breakfast was delicious. The hosts were lovely and very thoughtful. Our only regret was that we wished we would have stayed longer !

By far one of the best bed and breakfast stays we’ve been to! When you walk in, you can tell how much perfection Judy and Karl put into this place. Everything you see is so detailed and organized. Every OCD dream!

We loved our room! We’re the type of people that brings our sheet since we do not trust hotel beds. But with their place, we trust everything since it is immaculate! Stemming from quality sheets, blankets, comfortable bed, thick towels, pillows-the list goes on!
My favorite part was meeting them and their daughter. They are so personable and lively that you can’t get enough of Judy and Karl. They’re like Ying and Yang! The breakfast that Judy makes is phenomenal! 10x better than the restaurants. We are obsessed with her homemade empanadas and wish we could have taken some home.
If you’re visiting Holland or Saugatuck, look no more and book your stay here! You won’t regret it! They live 5mins away from Holland downtown and 11 miles away from Saugatuck! They are new to the business and we know eventually their rooms will be hard to book. We hope we can stay here again future!

The proprietors used the last 4 digits of my cell phone to program the locks on the front door and the door to our room. The breakfast was fabulous and the hospitality excellent.

The house was excellent! Newly remodeled rooms and easy access. Karl and his wife were very attentive and the breakfast fruit custards were wonderful! Highly recommended for a nice retreat and easy access to downtown Holland.

A beautiful home where the owners are extremely welcoming. Exceptionally clean where the owners take pride in their home. The breakfast was awesome! A great location in Holland. We wish this was opened earlier while our daughter was at Hope college. We love the area and will be back! We will definitely book this place again! Thank you!

Freshly remodeled. Friendly but far from overbearing proprietors. Comfy bed. Well-appointed throughout. We had to hit the road early (7am) and Karl and Yudi had hot coffee and a full breakfast waiting for us. SUPER hosts.

Everything about the guest house is delightful. The rooms are spotless, and care of them is first class. The owners are warm and friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are exceptional, beautifully prepared by the lady of the house. A complete winner.
