Very nice, clean hotel. Must drive to the downtown Port Hope. They did not clean our room on the second night - no clean towels, the bed wasn't made, etc. The service was helpful in supplying clean towels.

Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and good as well.

Would have been good if expedia actually booked the hotel for me. Even though i got a confirmation email with my booking and they charged my visa the hotel had no record of my booking. Thanks expedia ! Really messed up.

Friendly staff. Room was clean and what we needed but the blind did not block out the light outside the window.

Absolutely disgusting breakfast. $225 a night and you serve this? No eggs for over 20 mins, and then finally they arrive and it's gross nasty veggie omelets? So disappointing. The woman serving the food isn't even wearing proper attire. She looks like a guest. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. The sign says happiness starts here but I'm pretty sure only my depression did. Forgot to mention Coffee is terrible. Only decaf and dark roast... get your $&#^# together 1. 3 different staff members grabbing plates in line with customers for the breakfast buffet is insane. I have never seen in my life staff eat the food out for the customers and then go to the meeting room to eat it all at once and talk and catch up from the weekend. Look at the cameras on August 21 at roughly 7:30 in the morning. Waited several minutes for someone to come out so I can check out. Had to ring the bell multiple times. One of them forgot their pototaos at the front desk. I'll add the photos to verify this. 2. The key for the room randomly stopped working twice.. that's unheard of for a 3 night stay. 3. We asked for our room to be cleaned and the woman said "right away no problem" and no one ever came. 4. Our room didn't have any new tissues, empty shampoo bottle and the sheets smelt odd and the whole room smelt like animal fabric freshner? 5. Men's bathroom in lobby didn't have toilet paper or soap. The lack of care for service and hospitality is clear.

If you have no place to stay in Port Hope, this hotel could well be an option.

Booked 15 minutes before arriving, last minute stay. Very friendly staff and easy access of the highway.

Port Hope is a lovely town with charming shops and the Capitol Theatre showing live performances. Stroll along the water, have good food, see a show. The hotel is clean and modern and has well appointed rooms.

Great location close to the highway

Brand new hotel that need some adjustments (only one towel for four person, no paper tissues in the room, no ketchup at breakfast). However, the service at the reception desk was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was varied and generous. Funny location in a middle of a corn field.

good, short stay. nice clean facility. The fridge did not work. no drinking glasses in the room, called front desk and housekeeping many times, nobody answered.

We want to personally thank Pauline for accommodating our family on July 22-23, 2023. She explained everything and went out of her way. Excellent staff and service! The hotel was very clean and I would definitely book here again.
