Perfect location.

it easily could be 5 stars, Ensure to carefully select the right room when booking. We never imagined that we would end up in a hotel room WITHOUT a WINDOW, especially not in one located right by the beach. It was quite a shock, and regrettably, we were not offered any option to switch to a room with a window... The hotel boasts an incredible location, right in front of the sea, just a few minutes' walk from Jobo Beach and Pozo de San Jacinto. It's also close to some of the best beaches in the area and is kept impeccably clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making you feel like you're staying at a relative's or friend's home rather than a hotel.

It was to expensive for the small room they give me! To much noises early in tue morning !

Unique Location! right upfront the beautiful beach of Jobos Isabela! Highly recommend this place! That will give you a real welcome to PR. La Isla del encanto. The Island of the enchantment!

Rooms where very comfortable. The deck with view amazing

The property didn’t have internet the tv didn’t work the staff couldn’t get an answer as to when it was going to work. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights we left the 1st day would not recommend

The place is located at a beautiful location right in front of the ocean. I like the sound of the ocean at night, very calming. The beach is at walking distance. The rooms are clean. The only issue was the shower water.. not very warm. Otherwise everything thing else was great.

The hotel is very central and remodeled. Several food options walking. My only problem was that the bedding was not the correct size for the matress and when I woke up I ended up with the matress without the fitted. The rest was fine.

Good spot nice view to the beach, good acces to beach and restaurants.

First let me start by saying,The staff...was way beyond Excellent! Did matter who was there....

Took my son on a surf trip. Bella was PERFECT. Surf shop with rental boards (WRV) literally in the same building. Multiple restaurants and cafes within 100 yards. Your room is practically on top of the water. Rooms were actually nicer than I expected (modern smart TVs, full kitchen with fridge/freezer, ice cold AC). Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Surf, hot tub, eat, sleep, repeat! I am already planning my next stay!

Great place for relaxing a little.

Jyce (I'm sure i spelled her name wrong, I'm sorry!) was super wonderful at check in and the entire time we were there. The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to one of the best beaches in PR and to tons of dining options. It was very clean and safe and we will definitely stay there again! This was our 2nd stay at the Bella Surf Inn, both times we watched sea turtles and surfers from our room.

An ocean front room is the way to go! Friendly staff and the cafe access the street is a must for breakfast. Bring a hairdryer though!

Absolutely amazing! Staff is incredible. Rooms were clean. The view, and the area make this place even more incredible

The location of this property is excellent providing ocean view and within walking distance to restaurants and Jobos Beach swimming area. The room lacks basic furniture. No amenities except a coffee maker machine. Bring your own hair dryer. The best asset at this property is the staff who are very helpful. We were told the property is being remodeled. Since sanitary paper can't be flushed, a most to have should be a trash can with lid (required by HD sanitary code).

Hot water was minimal and Wi-Fi and internet was intermittent

The basic pricr was to cheap for $106.0] and also dont have anything what i thought for basic price. Aint comong there again. No fridge available.. and its look like motel.. aint coming back..be more especofic with the price

The room was clean, very spacious and comfortable with a balcony, Great view of the beach from it. Jacuzzis were clean and warm and again wonderful view. Super relaxing!

Amazing hotel with amazing views! Stayed with our two children and it was the perfect location and space. Will definitely be returning!

lOVED THE OCEAN VIEWS. ACCESSIBILITY TO BEACH AND FOOD AREAS. ONLY THING DIDNT LIKE WAS THE BATHROOM. THERE WERE TWO BATHROOMS. ONE THE SHOWER DID NOT FUNCTION AND THE OTHERONE, JUST ONE OF THE DAYS THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. I GUESS IT RUNNED WITH SOLAR POWER AND THAT DAY WAS CLOUDY. BUT OVERALL I LOVED MY STAY THERE. WOULD RETURN SOON.

The rooms are simple but very clean and updated. There was a full-size refrigerator and cooktop in our room as well. The shower offered multiple shower heads but yet shower didn’t have a place for soap/shampoo/conditioner. The balcony is the main attraction. It is large and your view is of the ocean and the beach. We spent most of our time on the balcony, watching the surfers during the day and the cruise ships in the evenings.

I recently contacted customer service to try to get a refund. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. There was a long black hair in one of the beds. The Air conditioning did not work well enough to get the room cold. There was no hot water. The toilet paper was half used and there was no replacement. There was nobody in the front office to discuss any of this with. I was not happy with my stay and would like a refund. Hope to hear from Hotels.com soon

The location is lovely. Right above the beach with staircase access. Nice deck with hot tubs and walking distance to food and drink establishments. Hope to revisit soon.

Excelente view and good service

I loved the view, the staff was awesome and the beds are very comfortable. Needs more tables or furniture in the room to accommodate our things (no closet) just drawers. Bathroom and kitchen needs an upgrade. The location is awesome!
