Unfortunately, our stay did not match what was advertised online. The photos on the website were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual property. The unit we were assigned was at street level, which did not feel very secure. While the beachfront location is convenient, the area is extremely noisy both at night and early in the morning, making it difficult to rest. The apartment also does not have a balcony, which was disappointing and not what we expected based on the listing. Cleanliness was below expectations, and the apartment appeared poorly maintained. The furniture is very old, worn out, and in need of updating. We also experienced issues with hot water and ended up taking cold showers throughout our stay. Although I contacted the property about the problem, I did not have enough time during my trip to wait for it to be resolved. Another inconvenience was the parking situation, as the parking area is not located close to the hotel. Additionally, the photos shown as the hotel’s exterior are actually of the parking structure, which creates a misleading impression of the property. Overall, the location is good, but the accommodation did not meet the expectations set by the listing. I would recommend that future guests carefully review recent reviews before booking.

Half a block south of Fifth and Collins, excellent location. Walk South to South Pointe Park. Walk a few to Ocean Drive Strip and the Beach. Starbucks around the corner. Up to Lincoln mall on the trolly, bus, uber or foot. Walgreens, CVS, Target all within walking distance, even a Publix. Beds in great condition, kitchen clean, bathroom, fridge works, as advertised. Wifi too. Parking was a little tight, but protected (gated) and a few steps away.

Bedbugs. On the last day of my stay, I found bedbugs on the mattress so I reached out to. The staff to let them know and sent them a video of the actual bedbugs. They denied it and told me that bedbugs are only clear which is not true later on after a few days they called me and told me that they were closed off the apartment and are taking care of the situation. I don’t understand how that could be true considering that I paid for two extra hours for a late check out they said that I could not stay until 4 o’clock because there was another guest coming. So the room, indeed was not closed off, and I doubt that they took care of the problem. The overall apartment is dirty. The chairs in the living room cushions are very dirty and damp. The kitchen has a lot to use but again it’s not the cleanest however you couldn’t make a meal in there using your own stuff not theirs. The bathroom is decent but the rest of the apartment the bed the sheets know I would not stay at this place again. I didn’t get any refund on the stay despite the two extra hours that I paid for and despite the overall apartment.

This place is someones apartment they now rent out. It was a bait and switch. The place was not what was shown in the pictures . Very old, dirty. Hard to first get a hold of person . Called at least 4 times and left numerous messages and text messages. Asking questions about checking in. Key pad Lock to front door is flimsy and not secure. Also very hard time to secure or lock the door anytime we needed to leave. Furniture is very dirty stains everywhere. Hair on bathroom sink and in shower. Owner stated needed a code to get in gate and then apartment. But back gate is always open-not secure. 3 room air conditioners in apartment . They work but are only so-so. Beds VERY uncomfortable. Apartment 12 we stayed in said it was suppose to have 2 beds and a pull out couch. Ended up having 1 king, a single next to that king and another single in a make shift bedroom. The other single bed had a outside door in the tiny room. Maybe that “room” was suppose to be a entry way or no idea what it was originally . Only positive was close to beach. And across street from a walgreens if needed. Also hard time having any Ubers come. They kept refusing to pick up to transport to cruise port or airport. Just FYI.
