Great staff but best for big tour groups

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we had super-noisy people next door and complained, they took care of it immediately. They even followed up with apologies the next morning.

The location is far from everything, so Grabs are always a necessity. It's also too far to get a nice view of all the beautiful light-ups along the river. We had booked a room with balcony, but there was no balcony. Although the room was large, there was only a desk chair for sitting (we asked for another chair but a table would have been nice). The air conditioning stopped on both mornings of our stay.

Marathon of Mistakes

The view from the room

My stay was a marathon of mistakes. First the girl at the lobby takes out my debit card from the reader too fast so the transaction fails (but I still get charged) - so I have to pay second time and she requests the bank to give me a refund (WHICH STILL ISNT PROCESSED AFTER 2 WEEKS). Then I want to go to the pool, so I leave my room - but oh the keyroom reader on my door doesn’t work - turns out battery ran out! So I go to the lobby and ask the lobby guy to fix it. He promises to come back in a moment to do so, so I wait for him in my room. Doesnt show up. Had to go ask for it AGAIN the next day for this guy to do his work (of course no one at the reception figured that it would perhaps be a good idea to call me and let me know he wont show up using the room phone next to bed) And then to top it off, its about 3:10 am in the middle of the night and now the hotel room telephone built in next to my bed rings. I pick it up. Nothing. Well, thanks for giving me a call in the middle of the night smart person at the reception So yeah it wasnt a good stay. It was pretty terrible. @Alan Sea - Give me my money back for the failed 1st transaction - I still haven’t received it

Not suitable for tourists who want to be in the main city area and also not suitable for families.

The buffet breakfast was great however their breads were quite stale. The staff were nice and spoke some English which helped with 2 way communication.

The location was very far from the main city (dragon bridge). The image taken to advertised showed a window image to "demonstrate" how close it was. We needed to take a taxi into the main city (10 min ride). It also had extremely photoshopped images of the room quality and was rated a 5 star hotel when it really should be a 3.5 star AT MOST!

I specifically booked this hotel for the gym facilities, but they are terrible. Broken machines with no instructions, limited weights and limited facilities. They need to update and upgrade the equipment, or just get rid of it. Lighting is not good in the bedroom, far too strong with no sidelights.

Excellent stay for the value

All staff well trained, courteous and helpful. Beautiful panoramic, clean and comfortable room. Advanced smart TV with screen mirroring. Breakfast has a lot of options for all types of guests.

For security reason, elevators should only allow guests to get their floor with their keys, not every floor.

Huge complex with great service. We choose the room with panoramic view and didn't regret it! The view was as stunning as the pictures and the suite was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a blast! We would recommend going there early as there are more choices. We are very satisfied overall.

The pool was okay but a bit noisy because very close to the road. Note: The small water bottles provided in the room every day are not free and charged extra which is a bit disappointing in terms of customer service for this kind of hotel. We would appreciate at least one free bottle of water per person per day which is not much to ask.

it was ok but didn’t feel like a 5-star hotel.

the staff were very nice and friendly. the room was clean and the view from the balcony was very nice.

it was extremely noisy in the corridor at night. people shouting when arriving/leaving the hotel. i feel the rooms should be more sound proof. the food we ordered at the hotel (pad thai) was not good at all.

location is far from city center, it’s very secluded with nothing around the property. it does feel lonely and scary outside at nights

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean and spacious room, amazing view and impeccable service from the staff.

The hotel is not quite near the livelier city streets but it’s rather convenient to get a taxi/grab ride. Would be great if there were shuttle services to the city!
