Spend your mornings with a cup of coffee/tea in the sun room located in the front while planning out your day. Prepare and cook up a feast in the large butcher-top kitchen island with oven range and hood, while also having an open view of the living and dining room areas. Cooking utensils included. The dining area seats up to 8 adults on top of a beech glass top table. Children utensils and high chair available upon request. Olive oil and wide assortment of spices also available for free of use. Relax in the large private fully-fenced backyard in the covered patio next to a pond with a fountain feature, while reading your favorite book in a hidden oasis under giant redwood and cedar trees. Large yard for your pet (pet fee of $100 additional up to 7 days, $10 per additional day). Retreat in one of the three bedrooms, each with a queen-size memory-gel mattress that sits atop a handcrafted Cedar bed frame. The master bedroom connects to a master bathroom that includes a dual vanity and a walk-in shower facing a large Cedar framed mirror. The living room includes a couch that can easily roll out as a full-sized bed for additional sleeping quarters for 2. The 55” SmartTV allows you to log-in to your major streaming accounts and/or stream from your device. This is an entire home available to your group and is well maintained. We have a good relationship with our neighbors so we’d ask to keep noise levels to a reasonable level during the day. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Please, no parties and events are allowed. Home is professionally cleaned and we pay our cleaners a living wage. There is plenty of parking space. The garage can comfortably accommodate a large truck/van, along with room for multiple cars in the driveway. Here is additional parking located to the right and is large enough for RV/Trailers. The landscape is professionally maintained every week. Security cameras are placed throughout the perimeter exterior of the home facing outward for your privacy.

Super nice place. Garage access was great. Made unlosding and loading easier, and provided nice buffer from back yard to wipe the dogs feet.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very cozy home! We were in town for a wedding. This location was perfect and really so close to everything we wanted to do. Nathaniel was great to deal with! The backyard and patio area were very nice also. We would definitely come and stay here again!! Thank you Nathaniel!!

This is a great little house in a convenient neighbourhood. There is grocery and amenity shopping within walking distance. The house is quiet. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a garage and a fenced yard. Everything is comfortable and in working order. The owners have thought of every detail we could need for our stay.

We visited Portland to see my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. The house was in a perfect location, only 10 minutes from my son and down the block from Fred Meyers and other stores, which was a plus. The house was exactly as pictured and advertised. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with basic items needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, and communication with Nathanial was seamless. He responded to our questions immediately and also advised us if there was anything further we needed to know. Since my son lives in Portland, we will be visiting the area at least a couple of times a year and look forward to booking this location again.

The location of this property is excellent. 10-15 minutes from downtown and half way to wine country. Space/bedrooms are as described. We had our dog with us so it was nice to have a fenced in yard. Also it was very convenient to have a house with a usable garage and a garage door opener. Close to stores and restaurants.
