The accommodation is really nice and the staff is also very friendly! The bathroom and my room were very clean and you can see that they really care about that. Check-in and out were also quite easy.
The room was extremely hot and the fan didn’t help much. The corridor was much cooler than the room itself.

really liked the location , the atmosphere , the authentic Spanish Colonial styling . it was good value , a small room but the veranda , the location , the people of Santa Cruz made it an exceptional stay. really lovely place and people .

A good and convenient place to stay on a budget. It was easy to get in (entrance protocol was well explained) and a comfortable, pleasant experience.

The room, facilities and kitchen were all clean and organised.
No window to the outside, only to the corridor.
Arrival by codes - all very impersonal. The only people around were cleaning staff.
