The location is excellent . Even you can walk from Town. The guy in front desk was excellent and he is very helpful
Three suggestion. 1. The room has lot of ants if u bring sweets. Staff should care about it
2. The lobbies are bit messy

It’s a great location to get down to Lake Kandy if you prefer to walk, and great views from the hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast.
The curtains aren’t blackout so light gets in with the morning sunrise. There are open vents built into the windows so it can be a bit noisy with passing traffic (albeit it is off the main road which is good)

It was a peaceful place and we were lucky to meet Ruwan, our tour agent. He help us a lot and we enjoy every tour and visit he arranged for us.
The breakfast did not meet our expectation. Too much stairs to reach the top for breakfast and the hotel location was not convenient. No TV, no air conditioning and no laundry services. The hotel needs good renovations.
