i liked everything.
room was clean
breakfast was excellent
luke is a fantastic man. had a wonderful chatting with him. lovely paintings all over the hotel.
ac was working well.
he arranged a tuk tuk driver for us and then arranged a private car for Nuwara Elliya

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and cleanliness.
The room was as shown in pictures. The management was helpful and helped us find the hotel. We hadn't been aware breakfast was included, it was a Sri Lankan breakfast. The string hoppers were nice and we had tea while enjoying the morning air from the verandah.
The décor is nice, and there's lot of art work on the walls. Makes for a nice atmosphere.
Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Luke is very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming .
Nice terrace , living room and breakfast room outside the bedroom.
Like every where we’ve been to in Sri Lanka, the WiFi is weak. They have 2 networks to help with this matter.

Good location, road can be a bit noisy but once inside very tranquil. Nice walk down to the lake and into town. Great rooms with good towels, hot showers, toiletries . Breakfast was incredible with four or five types of fruit, toast, eggs, sausage, tea.
Plenty of space both in the rooms and in the lounge areas.
Luke, the man in charge (by himself) was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Restaurant next door is excellent with some great staff.
